Shipping, Return & Cancellation Policies
AVIVA recommends UPS Next Day Delivery for all of its ovenite deliveries of AV equipment. UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.®, UPS Next Day Air® or UPS Next Day Air Saver® rates as determined by UPS will apply, in addition to a $10 handling fee. If there is an alternative preference for a shipping method, a $25 handling fee will apply.Requests for overnight shipping must be made before 2pm, EST, the day prior to the desired arrival date.
AVIVA cannot guarantee on-time arrival and is not liable for late arrvial.
No refunds are available!
Recipient assumes all liabilty for costs and responsibilty for the return of rented equipment in same condition as received.Shipping insurance is available.
Equipment Return - Delivered via UPS:
For your convenience, a prepaid shipping label will be included with your rental item. You are responsible for getting the item to UPS on the last day of your rental period in time to be delivered back to AVIVA Rentals. You may leave the item in a UPS drop-box (size permitting) or at any secure UPS pick-up location.
Equipment Return - Delivered via non-UPS carrier:
You are responsible for getting the item to the courier on the last day of your rental period in time to be delivered back to AVIVA Rentals. When you place your order, please explain your return delivery requirements so we may accommodate your needs to the extent possible.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order more than three (3) business days prior to the beginning of your rental period for any reason and receive either a full refund or a credit towards a future order.
Examples:
To be eligible for a full refund, an order placed for a rental period
- beginning on a Friday must be cancelled by the preceding Monday.
- beginning on a Monday must be cancelled by the preceding Tuesday.
- beginning on Saturday or Sunday must be cancelled by the preceding Tuesday.
If you cancel your order three (3) days or less prior to the beginning of your rental period, you will not receive a refund but will be eligible for a credit towards a future order. Any cancellations made the same day as the rental date, or after delivery has been made, will not be eligible for a credit or refund. This includes cancellations for orders placed the same day as your rental date. Any cancellation made the same day as the rental date, or after delivery has been made, will be treated as a completed lease transaction, with the full lease and other fees provided in these terms and conditions assessed against you.
If you have a multi-day rental and cancel during your rental period, you may be eligible for a credit towards a future rental. The credit will be equal to the total charges for the order, minus the rental and service charges already incurred.

AVIVA Rentals will only consider order adjustments for equipment problems when our technical staff has the opportunity to remedy the problem.
UPS Disclaimer
Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped via UPS's services listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all locations and scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.
